### How to connect Notion to Polyfile

Polyfile **never** **deletes, moves,** or **affects** your files in **Notion** in any way. We request only "**View**" access to allow you organize links to the files, use AI features like translations and audio/video transcriptions, and download and preview files in Polyfile.

1. Go to [My Integrations](https://www.notion.so/my-integrations) page in [Notion](https://www.notion.so/).
2. Click "+ New integration".
3. Select a Notion workspace you want to access in Polyfile.
4. Enter `polyfile` in the "Name" field and click "Submit.
5. Copy **Internal Integration Secret (Token)** and save it somewhere for a moment.
6. Login to [Polyfile](https://my.polyfile.app/pb/sign-in) and click the "+ Add a storage" button in the bottom left corner.
7. Select Notion in the dialog and click the "**Connect**" button.
8. Paste the **Internal Integration Secret (Token)** in the "**Integration token**" field and click "**Connect**".
9. The [Notion](https://notion.so) storage will appear in the left sidebar. It can take a minute or two to sync. All done!

### How to add a Notion page to Polyfile

1. In [Notion](https://notion.so):
   1. Open the page you want to share with Polyfile.
   2. In the top right corner click menu icon, hover over "**+ Add connections**". Type `polyfile` and hit enter.
   3. Confirm the connection in the dialog.
2. Now this and nested pages are accessible in [Polyfile](https://my.polyfile.app).
3. You can always disconnect a specific page from Polyfile directly from [Notion](https://notion.so). Click a menu icon on the page you want to disconnect and remove `polyfile` integration from integrations section.

### How to remove Notion integration

1. In [Polyfile](https://my.polyfile.app): Find Notion integration you want to remove in the Storages list (left sidebar) and right-click on it.
2. Click "Delete" button in the dropdown and confirm the operation in the popup.
3. The integration will be removed completely including all credentials and active sessions, all related files and resources, and all the references to your notion content in any [Virtual Storages](https://docs.polyfile.app/polyfile.app/integrations/broken-reference) in [Polyfile](https://my.polyfile.app).
